Unsere Story
In 2020, we began developing a leadership type test. First, we researched leadership styles, conceptualised a model, and then created questions to make that model measurable. We use SDT (Self Determination Theory) to analyse the preference of leaders. As of AUG 23 we can draw on over 10.000 tests taken.
We are now developing and selling scaleable digital products for those leaders, who have taken the test.
